Samsung BD-P1500 1080p Blu-ray Player
Kudos to Samsung for a GREAT improvement over the BD-1200/1400 (though I guess any improvement would be a great improvement). BD 1500 is a solid 2.0 player, and you would have no problems picking this up if bundled with a TV.

Sony BDP-S1 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player
Sony's first gen player. Doesn't handle java titles very well, slow to boot up, big and clunky. Definite pass unless you get a great deal (like under a 100 bucks)
